The EU according to my daughter

End of year exams round my place this week.  My ten year old was asked in her Geography exam yesterday to define the European Union.  Her answer? A group of countries that joined together so if one of them ran out of money they could ask the others for some more.

Personally, I think she should get extra marks for such a perspicacious response.

A case of the finest RSA tap water to anyone who can honestly say what the right answer is any more.
